Important guidelines for health check up

✧   Prior appointment advised to serve you better.

✧   Minimum 12hrs fasting, however you may drink water.

✧   Please report for check up by 7am at the diagnostic center.

✧   Kindly bring along your first morning samples of urine and stool.

✧   Please bring along your earlier prescriptions/ medication and reports if any.

✧   Anti-diabetic drug must be avoided in the morning and can be taken with breakfast.

✧   Company sponsored clients are requested to bring referral letter and two passport size photo. It is advised to report by 7am.

✧   Your check up time period may take 3-4 hrs during which light breakfast can be taken.

✧   Reports can be collected at the lab counter.
